Dog Man and The Miami Valley PD Costume

My son Vince is wearing the costume.
Idea was his, as he was reading the Dog Man books.
How to:
1) use foam to carve and shape the head, movable jaw and bendable ears, then fur to and add details, such as see through eyes
2) make cape
3) use thin foam to make the badges and cover with felt and rim with black
4) use foam to shape hands, stick glove onto it then fur
5) make jacket
6) use foam to make add on hat piece
The jackets are made double sided so we could still wear it after Halloween, where we live gets pretty chilly at times.
