This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Deserey, the 'Disney's Mulan' costume creator:
My daughter has always loved Disney's Mulan, and this year we were searching for her armored outfit. Unfortunately only the dress versions are available for purchase so I made this for her.
It is made with felt and craft foam, velcroed together and painted with accents. All of the pieces are removable and adjustable. The cricket was glued to a headband.
