Disco Ball Costume

For this costume, I purchased a large balloon (approximately 36"), blew it up and used paper mache method to create my ball. After all layers were dry- I chose to do about 6 layers of mache because I didnt want it to be easily crushed- I used a gray spray paint and covered this thing in a ton of holographic and mirrored glitter applying with mod podge and a paint brush. For the mirror look, I chose mirrored card stock and used a 2" round pole punch to make my circles. Then I added some fun fairy lights and there ya go! Home made disco ball!
