For the last 4 years my son and I have done costumes together....2020 we did dilophosaurus and dennis nedry from JP......my son was dilophosaurus I used a dragon costume for the body.....duct tape and a vintage umbrella for the frill .....panty hose and car sponges for the nose crest I added a bottom jaw using coat hanger and fake nails .
