Deadite from The Evil Dead Costume

I recreated the most memorable scene from the original The Evil Dead, where Cheryl Williams (now a deadite) is locked in the cellar but the door is chained just enough that she can still pop her head out. This is me wearing the costume. I made the box out of cardboard, paint, glue, door hinges, plastic chain, fabric, and a graining tool used to create a wood like texture effect. I then did my makeup using homemade mix of gelatine and glycerin for the ripped skin, cream paint, fake blood, black eyeshadow and white out contacts.

My boyfriend is dressed as Ash Williams, the main character from The Evil Dead who has a chainsaw for a hand. He created this using a plastic chainsaw, a tissue box, tape, glue, and paint.
