This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christy, the 'Davy Jones' costume creator:
My son is a big fan of Pirates of the Caribbean. He wanted to be Davy Jones but didn't like the costumes in the store so we decided I can try and make it! I used a styrofoam head, clay and liquid latex to make the mask. I got the jacket from a thrift store and bought some yellow fabric to line the coat. I got shells from the beach and moss from outside. Put it all together and here it is
