This homemade costume for adults entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mike, the 'Darkwing Duck' costume creator:
I love the cartoon, basically. The jacket is a thrift store find painted purple with acrylic paint. The bill, feet, buttons and hat brim are all painted fun foam.
