This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Cute Peter Pan' costume creator:
My son, Greyson Wellman, as Peter Pan! 0-2 year category entry. The whole outfit cost less than $10! I used a green polo shirt from Walmart (one size too big) and cut the edges, I purchased green/red felt and suede belt from Hobby Lobby and sewed the hat together with a Pinterst tutorial, regular green pants and it was finished.
