This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Patricia, the 'Cuckoo Bird' costume creator:
My niece Alexis is wearing it.Feathers gave me the idea we made the mask and suit by gluing feathers to some old cloths and we used a feather bola for the wings and plastic gloves for the feet.
