Cubone from Pokémon Costume

I kept seeing these 3D printed Cubone masks online. I decided I wasn’t going to drop $60 on a mask. Luckily I had a stack of newspapers in my room, so I gave paper mache a shot. There was very few tutorials on how to make it, but I figured it out as I went along. First, I made a card board structure to comfortably fit my head. Second, I covered it in aluminum foil and shaped it. Next, I taped all of it, to give it a smooth surface. Later, I did the paper mache and painted it. Last but not least, I hot glued black felt on the inside, as to make it more comfortable and give it a more finished look. I used the same method to make the bone prop. In total, this took me maybe a week to make and only cost me $7. Here I am doing a little photo shoot.
