This homemade costume for kids entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christine, the 'Cruella DeVille & her Dalmatian' costume creator:
These are my two kids, every year I try to out-do their costumes as it gets harder and harder. This year we decided to do Cruella Deville and a Dalmatian. They had much fun getting their face painted and pulling off the part! I spent about 60 dollars, found their outfit pieces from online stores.
