This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicole, the 'Cruella Deville' costume creator:
So this is me and I just thought she is th coolest villain! I made the coat with 2.5 yards of fur and satin (for the liner) in about 2 hours. I used the left over fur to make the purse and a handy magic marker to color the tails on my purse. I made the cigarette from a dowel. I did my own make which took about 1.5 hours.
