Cruella DeVille Costume

We dressed our two year old up as Cruella DeVille this year. We spent about $15 total on everything for her costume. We already had a black dress, shoes, tights and a white coat. My mother bought some gorilla tape and cut out spots to stick on the coat making it looks like Dalmatian spots. We purchased black and white hair paint at a local beauty store for around $8 and used covergirl outlast lipstick that we purchased at Walmart for $6. This lipstick was absolutely wonderful! It lasted through all the candy and cupcakes that my little one ate while trick or treating. We drew her eyebrows on with eyeliner and teased her hair up after spraying the hair paint on. I imagined it being an awesome costume but I didn’t think it would look this good! Everyone we passed while treat or treating absolutely loved her costume and loved that it was unique!
