This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lindy, the 'Cruella Deville' costume creator:
My 6 year old daughter, Addie, decided she wanted to be Cruella Deville this year. We cut and sewed an old black prom dress down to her size, made a white coat out of faux fur, shaved spots off of it and filled with black spots. The wig, gloves, and the makeup finished the look!
