This homemade costume for families entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chelsea, the 'Cruella and Pups' costume creator:
Painted spots, collars, and name tags on mom and dad's shirts. Had a faux fur vest I tied around daughter. Just had to buy the white shirts and hair color.
