A word from Ashley, the 'Cruella and her Stolen Puppies' costume creator:

I’m a first time mother of twins ( boy/ girl). They just turned five months And Halloween is my favorite holiday. I love to go all out and decided 101 Dalmatians would be the perfect costume for us . I decided to do my makeup like the cartoon cruella Disney’s movie, instead of looking like a normal real life cruella .I get my ideas from Pinterest and clip art and put my own twist into it.This was all hand painted, I did not use airbrushing or stencils . Enjoy!
