This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christine, the 'Creepy Clown' costume creator:
Navy Stander is wearing this creepy clown outfit. It is topped with a large spotted hat and curly red wig. This is a hand painted mask for a super scary smile with a light up plastic nose. Large yellow polka dot boy tie with a red ruffle over a shiny sparkly vest. Bottoms are black polka dot and the shoes are actually rubber boots with plaid socks pulled over them.
