This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Pamela, the 'Creepy Clown Couple' costume creator:
We decided to be 'Creepy Clowns' this year. We got all of the materials from Hancock Fabrics and made standard jumpsuits with contrasting halves. We also made the clown collars with materials from Hancocks.
The wigs & accessories we purchased in Party City and Michaels.
We then used shoe polish and fake bloody to rough up the costumes and wig, making them look as rugged and scary as possible.
For the make up we just used different colored Snazaroo paints, the make up took a total of 3 HOURS to put together but was worth it in the end, there was a lot of scaring going on! We used a combination of latex glue, tissue and zippers to create the different facial effects.
