This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tamara, the 'Cotton Candy' costume creator:
I used a white shirt and leggings. Cotton batting and spray painted with pink paint. Made a funnel white cone hat with poster board. Sprayed white tennis shoes pink and bought a cheap pinkish wig.
