The Littlest Mermaid Costume

My daughter Aricela Jade (2 1/2 months) was my version of the Little Mermaid this Halloween. This is a homemade costume with 4 types of tulle varying from purples to greens and blues. The bottom tulle were all hand knotted to the purple crochet top, and the top layer of dark green tulle has intersecting points were jewels were placed to give more of a "fish tail" appearance. Dark purple and light purple attached to the top to create a shell like apperance joined at the center with a shell applique. Also homemade is the coordinating handband with deep purple crochet headband and jewel center stone. First inspiration I got for the costume was found on Pinterst.
