Convict Buttercup Costume

This was on an episode of Powerpuff Girls (season 1 episode 2). These convicts broke out of jail and thought of the clever idea to dress as the girls and parade around town committing crimes and getting away with them. Everyone legit couldn't tell the difference between these grown men and the real kindergarten heroines. I used a beach ball to make a paper mache head. I used flour and water and put several layers of newspaper. I cut out her pointy hair parts out of cardboard and slit holes in the head and slid them in and taped them in place. then I just outlined and pained the rest! The dress and belt are from Target and those are just some long athletic socks and black Vans.
