This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ty, the 'Conductor and Engineer' costume creator:
This is me and my 2 year old son, dressed as a Conductor and Engineer with his running stroller that I turned into a Locomotive Steam Engine. We ran a 5k Halloween Race dressed like this.
I used scraps of double wall sheets of cardboard I have available at work (free), some thin plywood for the frame (free, I had scraps from a previous project), black paint ($4), red paint (free, left over from house painting), and about $6 dollars worth of nuts and bolts for the wheels!
It's amazing what you can make from cardboard!
