This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karissa, the 'Concrete Angel' costume creator:
My daughter is in the costume. It was about 2 hours of paint and makeup. Her wings are paper plates so would be light enough to carry to trick or treat in.
