This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My little girl is dressed as daddy's favorite actor.
She loves to sit on his lap and watch old westerns.
I constructed the poncho from a scrap of brown fur that I painted designs onto with craft paint.
The vest is made of sherpa fabric.
