This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mae, the 'Cinematic Supergirl' costume creator:
This costume started as a Rubie's bodysuit, but I wanted to take it to the next level instead of just throwing on a ready-made costume. So I got a bunch of puff paint and spent a couple of months adding the pattern texture on by hand. It was a lot of work and my hand was sore for a while afterward from all the squeezing, but it's my favorite costume ever.
