Choo Choo Train Costume

My 3-year old son wants to be a Choo Choo driver when he grows up so this was an easy decision! This was VERY inexpensive to make. I gathered several ideas and plans from Pinterest and concocted this. Everything is made from cardboard that I took from work and then I covered it in black duct tape ($14). I also purchased gold duct tape ($4) and gold scrap paper for the accents. The rear reflectors were from the automotive section (2 for $1.50) and the front functioning light from Walmart (2 for $4). The funnel, also from the automotive section ($1.50) functions as a candy "deposit" ;) there is a bowl underneath to collect! The nylon straps ($4) were from a sports store and everything is held together with LOTS of hot glue! Last but not least, the wheels are spray painted paper plates!
