This homemade costume for boys entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nancy, the 'Chef Bergen' costume creator:
Parker age 7 my grandson. I hand sewed his mask out of flannel. I also used art foam. I stuffed it with batting. Even sewed a few worts. We wanted a colorful float for Portland rose Festival parade. He did not want to just be a troll. He picked Chef Bergen.
