This homemade costume for couples entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Iris, the 'Cheech and Chong' costume creator:
Last minute costume, ran to goodwill bought the items and put it together. Made a joint out of tissue paper and oregano. I was Cheech and my husband was Chong since he had the hair to pull it off. I think our costume was the best Cheech and Chong yet. We had a line of people taking pictures.
