This homemade costume for couples entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erinmullin, the 'Champagne on Ice' costume creator:
I wanted to design a costume from scratch, so I used my cricut to create the details for the dress, clear Christmas ornaments for the necklace and carved a cork out of a yoga block for the headpiece. The ice bag is made from bubble wrap and a dry cleaner bag.
