This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.

I was in a donut shop & saw a 25ilb bag of C&H sugar. I asked the manager if I could have the empty bag & the idea came to me instantly! I cut the bag in 1/2 & laced it with pink ribbon 🎀 The bag made the top as a tube top & the purple tube dress over lated the skirt. I made earrings hot glued to long dangle earrings, the purse I saved a empty C&H sugar canister & added sugar cubes, pink & purple rhinestones & the handle was a magnet. The bracelet was a empty packaging tape role. I added a a flower & sugar cubes. Pink shoes I added pink mini pom pom ribbon to a few straps & back heal. Necklace was cut out from a sugar cube box & hot glued to a costume jewelry necklace. The flower 🌸 in my hair was a pink artificial flower hot glued to a hair comb.
