Cat's Eye Troll Costume

Inspired by Stephen King's 1985 Cat's Eye Movie, this is a home made costume of the Troll. It's 99% home made. Fabric came from Goodwill. I sculpted the mask from clay using still frames from the movie. Then I poured a mold over it using pottery plaster and poured latex rubber into the mould. Thanks to youtube tutorials my first mask was a success. After pulling the mask I painted it. The mask was created with an articulated mouth, which means it closes when I close my mouth and opens when I open my mouth. It has two rows of teeth, mine on the inside and the trolls on the outside. Double scary. He is dressed in a hooded cloak and tights painted to resemble a trolls outfit. The hands came from the store but were fitted with an insert glove to fit my hands.
