This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Cat in the Hat' costume creator:
My son Liam who is 22 months old is wearing the costume I made for his first Trick or Treat 2014! Made the hat, tie and gloves with felt. The tail is made with a black sock that I cut in half, sewed together and stuffed with the other half. I glued faux fire to his shirt for the furry belly. He looks adorable!
