This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kimberly, the 'Cat Food' costume creator:
My 2 year-old daughter, Scarlett, is obsessed with cats! (especially Grumpy Cat). She wanted to be a cat for Halloween, but to me, that's just too cliche. So instead, she went as cat food! Her 'bucket' was a large food bowl, labeled "Kitty Food", which she proudly toted around.
