Carrie Costume

This is my daughter, Olivia, dressed up like Carrie. Me and her both love halloween. And we love scary movies. Well, she watched that movie and together we decided to dress her up like Carrie. We don't ever buy costumes. We make our costumes up using what we have. So I went to the thrift store and bought the dress and shoes. Then went to the dollar store and stocked up on fake blood. I also used red food coloring. I used the red food coloring to bloody the dress and shoes. Then with the fake blood, I completely covered her from head to toe. We loved the way it turned out. And when we went to a trunk or treat event at the local school, everybody loved her costume. They knew exactly who she was and loved the idea that we went all out with the costume and was very creative and creepy. Lol! This was our favorite costume to do so far.
