This homemade costume for kids entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sheena, the 'Carlie's Car' costume creator:
My sister in-law Carlie is wearing the costume. She has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and is bound by a wheelchair. The idea came from trying to think of a costume that would make her feel good and everyone could see it. She has wheels so I figured make something with wheels. All you need is paint and cardboard.
