Captain America Boy's Costume

My son loves captain america. So I had to come up with a quick one this year. I started by using a t-shirt pattern. Then made a pair of pants from a pajama pattern and added some embellishments to the knees and a pm eat running down the front. We made some arm bands, and boot covers out of corresponding fabric, then came the utility belt. I wanted it to be functional as well as realistic so we made an actual belt and pouches that snap close outta a fake dollar store leather purse. Then we used left over blue material for his mask that I kinda made into an bandana (it's tied in back) and cut eye holes and edged them on the I side with felt.
