B&W Clown Costume

I’m Scarlette Santana, I’m 12 I live and California and my mom Brianna Dominguez is submitting for me. My costume this year was a SFX tutorials from Glam&Gore (https://youtu.be/G-i6effE1yY ), I found and knew I immediately wanted to do it. So in July, I hoped on amazon with the $20 bill I had been saving and searched. I found everything for under $5 and woke up the next morning and told my mom and payed her. Once everything Arrive I started working on the month pieces that the video said. Once I was done with that I took a pretty long break to figure out what I was going to do for the wig. There was no videos on how to make a wig so I just brainstormed. I ffigured out just to use a head sock from a previous costume and some yarn. I got glued the yarn to the head sock till I got Enough hair. Then I sprayed it with spray adhesive I found in my dads shed. After I let it dry in the sun I sprayed painted it black. Then was on to the costume part, I brought a painters or work suit off Amazon and painted one arm black (my dad said to paint it to give it some contrast) I made 3 big Pom poms and hot glued it to the suit (only needed 2). I finally put it on and didn’t realize how scary and gross I looked. But I was in love
