This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Danielle, the 'Bubbles' costume creator:
Emma, my niece is wearing this costume. I got the idea to make this for her because she loves to blow bubbles! I used a collapsible trashcan for the "bottle? Then used a dowel rod, a letter O wood cutout and a peace sign wood cutout the we cut the center out of to make the bubble wand. I glued a cardboard circle to a headband for the kid. And balloons as the bubbles.
