This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Steven, the 'Brother Clowns' costume creator:
These are my two boys ages 7 and 9. We wanted something really scary this year. So I decided we would be clowns. I found stuffed heads used for decorations cut them and made trick or treat baskets out of them. I'm looking for contest this year because I bel eave we have very unique costumes. Thanks!!!
