This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Linda, the 'Bride of Frankenstorm' costume creator:
Actually this is a Snow Queen costume that I put together out of several costumes. I bought the cape and dress and sewed on snowflakes that I purchased at Michael's. I already had the white feather boa and made the white snowflake staff and crown myself.
