This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Boogie Woogie Bugle Girl' costume creator:
Claire is wearing costume. I made a pencil skirt and made a few changes to a sport coat-type pattern. I looked at a few photos of caps to make my own pattern for it. The idea was she wanted to be an "Army girl" with an old fashion skirt.
