This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cynthia, the 'Bluejay' costume creator:
My granddaughter had drawn pictures of what she wanted her costume to look like and this us what I came up with she loves it. and only half the feathers showed up that I ordered Sept. 30. always be prepared to improvise is my new motto.
