This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Reilly, the 'Black and White Ballgown' costume creator:
I am the creator and wearer of this costume. I enjoy designing clothing for fun so one day this idea came to me to make my halloween costume. I drew out a design and started working. I didn’t want it to spend any money to make it so I made it out of cardboard from my basement. So after a lot of hot glue, staples, and tape, 3 weeks later I had my costume!
