Big Bird Costume

I am Amber. My daughter Addilynn is now wearing the costume I did 23 years ago. At the same of 1 years old. My mother, so Addilynns grandma 23 years ago sewed the body of the costume together and the hat, leggings, shoe covers, and the velcro on the back of the suit. Then used a hot glue gun to glue on the feathers to the suit, to the hat part. and used the hot glue gun for the styrofoam eyes and the felt on the eyes. And put shoe grippers on the bottom of the feet and shoved stuffing into the toes of the show cover part. Used cardboard for the beak part. The idea came from Sesame Street that I liked to watch 23 years ago and my mom saved the costume and I used it for my daughter who also like to watch Sesame Street.
