This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anika, the 'Bellatrix Lestrange' costume creator:
Anika (12) wanted to tease her hair up this year and Bellatrix Lestrange from Harry Potter did the trick or was it a treat. The costume is two different dresses and boots from Goodwill ripped down and restiched into the dress with a wand made of a whittled branch from the mesquite tree.
