This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mona, the 'Beauty and the Beast' costume creator:
This is my 10 yr old daughter Calla. I got the idea when she was younger and had a sweet side and a not so sweet side. I would tell her she was Beauty AND the Beast. The costume is made from a purchased Belle dress and a homemade Austin Powers costume from my son from 17 yrs ago. I found makeup ideas on Pintrest. The horn is made from toilet paper tubes and medical tape. The "bell jar" is made from a cake pop holder.
