This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittany, the 'Baby Owl' costume creator:
My babies room is done in owls. So that's where we got the inspiration. I saw a picture of a child on Pinterest with a cape with feathers on it. And the idea was born. I used felt and various cotton materials to make this adorable costume. Took me about a month to complete! This is my 7 month olds first Halloween so I went all out! Cost me around $60 to make the whole thing! But the picture is priceless?
