This was sold in the Children's Place, I got one for my son (minus the bow she must have added) back in 2010. I am not sure they would have it anymore. EBay would probably be the best bet.

This costume was made by The Children's Place but it doesn't look like they sell costumes anymore. This is not a homemade costume.
