This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Scott, the 'Nacho Libre' costume creator:
Our four month old Ethan is dressed up as Nacho Libre. Our family loves Nacho Libre and Mexico.
This cape was made from red stretchy silk material with gold tassels sewn on. We bought the pants and sewed on red felt patches. The shoes were made from red felt with white lacing. The costume is easy to make and has been a big hit at all the Halloween parties.
