Ash Ketchum Costume

I was Ash Ketchum for this costume. I made the costume all on my own and it ran me about $25. I wore a black shirt, jeans, and regular shoes for this, but I then made the overshirt out of a blue tshirt attached to a white polo. I then added the yellow border and pocket stripes and cut the whole thing so it was open down the middle.I also bought some green magic gloves and cut the fingers off. I then bout a red trucker hat and painted the front white so the original logo could not be seen through it. I then using a green fabric marker drew the Pokemon logo onto the hat. I also bought a Pikachu stuffed animal and tied it to my shoe. I found these foam balls and ping pong balls and colored them like pokeballs. The ping pong balls actually velcroed to my belt and the foam was soft enough to throw at people. Unfortunately I don't have a picture but I also made badges out of tagboard which were pinned to the inside of the shirt.
